Initially, Phil's Games began by hosting Phil's Trivia at a bar. After a decade of hosting trivia, we have branched out to BINGO and other games. We have hosted for a variety of events outside of bars including wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate events, private parties, and more.

Yes! We write all the trivia used in our events. This isn't a large volume service that you may have seen in many bar trivia locations. Every show is hand picked and questions catered to the event.
Typically, we do either 1.5 hours or 2 hour trivia games. But we can adjust the number of questions to fit your time constraints.
Similar to Trivia, we can adjust the number of games based on time or the prizes you want to give out. A typical 2 hour BINGO event would have 4 or 5 games with multiple winners per game.
It depends on the game being played and the overall time hosting the actual event. Games like scavenger hunts take a lot of prep time. Trivia typically takes about 4 hours of prep time to write the questions. So that time is added on top of the hosting time. BINGO has the least prep time and can be the most cost effective.
But for ballpark pricing we can host your a standard 2 hour BINGO game for $200. Trivia is between $250 - $300 depending on the level of customization and scavenger hunts and other games will need further detail to develop a fee.
